He has completed several projects at my home, but the one that stands out is the installation of new flooring in my downstairs living area. We both assumed the existing flooring was simply linked together making its removal easy, but instead what he found was that it was glued down in such a way that removing it was going to be a major challenge. He quickly determined how to proceed, explained the process to me and dove right in. It was a messy, time consuming job, but he never complained and after several days of grueling work, he successfully removed the existing floor, cleaned up the area and installed the new flooring.
